Mr. Ken Peist is vice president, intellectual property counsel, at Roivant Sciences. He oversees Roivant and its subsidiaries’ intellectual property portfolios and life cycle management and supports Roivant's business development group on asset evaluation and acquisition strategy. Prior to Roivant, Mr. Peist was vice president of legal and intellectual property at Amicus Therapeutics, Inc. From 1998 to 2007, he held a variety of legal positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb Co., Vitae Pharmaceuticals and ExxonMobil. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Peist worked as a scientist in both private and government laboratories from 1986 to 1998.
Mr. Peist is admitted to the New York and New Jersey bars. He received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1998 and a B.S. from Old Dominion University in 1986.
